End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Intrepid Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PO Tracker software for your internal business purposes.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use this software to:

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the software

5. Third-Party Integrations

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL INTREPID GROUP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the software. We may terminate this license if you fail to comply with its terms.
