    Intrepitude
    The can-do attitude we bring to everything: the nerve to take the hard account and run toward the problem, not away from it. Our default answer is "let's figure it out," not "not my job." When the answer's no, we say it fast and with an alternative.
    Care
    We sell to people, not companies — companies are imaginary. We solve the customer's problem first, not for the profit. We have two customers: those who buy what we sell and those who make it, and both have to win.
    Teamwork
    No one wins alone. Every quote, order, and fix is a team effort, and every role matters equally. We play football, not tennis.
    Integrity
    We say what we'll do, then do what we said. Bad news early beats a nice surprise late, and we own the mistake plainly.
