Meet Brad Nester

Born and raised in Camrose, Alberta, Brad Nester began his career in instrumentation, earning his Instrumentation Journeyman Technologist designation in 2006. He spent the next 18 years working throughout the Alberta oilfield, building extensive hands-on experience in field instrumentation while also managing instrumentation and electrical shops. Those years in the field gave Brad a strong appreciation for the practical challenges that come with instrumentation and continues to influence how he problem solves and approaches customer relationships today.

Outside of work, family is at the centre of Brad’s life. He has two boys and a daughter, and much of his time away from work is spent supporting and coaching them in their various sports. Whether he is on the sidelines, at the rink, or on the field, Brad enjoys being involved in their activities and making the most of the time they have together. He also enjoys music and plays multiple instruments in a band.
