Shawn Dietrich
Shawn is Vice President of Sales at Intrepid Group Ltd.
Shawn has held a number of key roles with Canadian and multi-national companies, serving the industrial markets of Western Canada. These roles have included Product Specialist, Sales Management, Business Development and Strategic Account Management.
Shawn is a customer-centric thinker and leads the Sales Team, helping the team succeed through effective planning and goal setting based on historic data analysis and projection of future needs, together with coaching and performance monitoring of the team.
Shawn is a graduate of Industrial Instrumentation Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in Calgary, AB. He is an active member of the International Society of Automation (ISA) and past president of the British Columbia section.
Ryan Chase
Ryan is the Chief Operating Officer at Intrepid Group Ltd.
Previously Ryan has held a variety of roles in different companies from small start-ups to large multinational companies. These roles have ranged from Business Development, General Management, Engineering Management and Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
He has experience in a wide variety of industries such as Heavy Oil, Ammonia systems, Natural Gas Liquids, Pipeline Inspection Tools (Smart Pigs), Substation Automation, and many other related industries.
Ryan is typically the one leading the charge into new markets and pushes the adoption of emerging technology for the company.
Ryan is a Professional Engineer in the province of Alberta. Ryan also holds a degree in Industrial Systems Engineering and has also completed an MBA. You can check out his LinkedIn profile for a more detailed background.
Campbell Adams
Campbell is the Chief Executive Officer at Intrepid Group Ltd.
Campbell has held a number of senior leadership roles working in the oil, gas, power, refining, pipeline and international construction sectors. He brings a demonstrable record of achievement working for both the “Owner” and the “Constructor” in Europe, the Middle East, Russia, South East Asia and Canada.
Campbell’s primary role comprises corporate planning, finance, human resources and new business development.
Campbell is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and holds a MBA Degree with Distinction from the University of Bradford Management Centre, England.
